Feast of Tabernacles – NOW! Wow!

Published by:

Today we define and explain the original Feast of Tabernacles, also called the Feast of Booths, or Sukkoth.  We talked about how Jesus fulfilled this feast also, in being Emmanuel, God with us. We talk about the not yet of the prophetic meaning of the end-times.  That eschatological means is proleptic: both now and not yet. The real point is the real walking out spiritually now. It is one thing to say that, but what does that look like? How is it done?

Answer: It looks like Jesus. And what was his first foot forward?  And How is it done? The inner work of laying it all on the altar. Oh my goodness … old words with disappointment on them. Check out this episode. I have new revelation — at least it was for me. It is right there in the text: the sacrifices, the rest, the deliverance from slavery.  That is a picture of the FEAST of TABERNACLES.

Please hear; please share.

Election Explanation and Rapture News

Published by:

Johnny Enlow is one of the prophets that predicted that Trump would have a second term, in sucession. And stayed with it.  He now says, like Lance Wallnau, we should turn our effort to practical measures.  He offers a new perspective on the Rapture. I notice that it too, is very realistic given what I see around me, especially with respect to the unwise vaccination acceptation. I am looking for a way to regularly pray with you. What platform or time/place would you like? I am also considering a large covid teach-in with stats, etc. Let me know your interest.

In Case You Missed It…
Recent Posts from Johnny Enlow  have been posting a little less often about holding the line on the governmental matter we are standing for as we continue to believe God and His prophets. I have done so because once we get established that we are believing God to do His part, we all want to make sure we are doing our part. We tried fasting, praying, and going into the courts of heaven etc.—at an all-time record pace—to get this shift done and it didn’t get accomplished that way. This “failure” was designed by God so that we embrace a major paradigm change. We START with fasting, praying, decreeing, declaring, courts of heaven etc.—but we must get PRACTICALLY INVOLVED as citizens.

We have to very PRACTICALLY resist the overreach of government at all levels. With the constitutional, bill of rights violations, the masks, the vacks, with its weaponry of the cdc, the bought media, the bought big tech, etc. We need ekklesia participation as salt and light at every level. No more ignoring city councils, mayoral elections, sheriff elections, and all other local political positions. We need to be making citizen calls, campaign, vote, advise, make our voice heard on social media, etc. The “church” could skip going to a church building for a year (as perhaps most already have) and we would be much better served being active in society. WE would be better served and the Kingdom of God would be better served. No more of the virus of “endtimesitis” (i.e. Jesus is coming any second) that has dominated the church for 2000 years and made us scarily irrelevant. We have just undergone the conclusive proof that we have overvalued church-building participation and undervalued societal-participation (the ekklesia’s seven mountain mandate). This course correction and paradigm shift is being driven by the pain of the delay of being rescued by any other means.

As Jesus said, “if the salt loses its (societal) savor” it will be cast out and trampled upon. We are a massive majority but have been terribly asleep. I am convinced that God is 100% in control of the timing of when He does the bigger thing He is about to do, but I am also convinced that His delays are directly tied into the pain He knows we need to feel to properly wake up and never fall asleep again. We let the criminals take all the seven mountains of all the nations of the world while we were the Titanic band that played on and on…”Jesus is coming any moment.” Jesus is, in fact, coming back sooner than He was going to yesterday, but if we miss the assignment given us before then, we will experience a Titanic catastrophe and not the return of Jesus. Bad things happening don’t make Jesus’ return—completed kingdom assignments do. He said “occupy” until I return and not “speculate” until I return. May an “occupying” anointing be released across this and all nations of the world.

This Present Rapture

For those looking forward to “the rapture” we are actually going through a powerful one right now. It is “the rapture” described in Proverbs 2:21, 22.

“For the upright will dwell in the land, and the blameless will remain in it; But the wicked will be cut off from the earth, And the unfaithful will be uprooted from it.”

If you didn’t like that New King James Version of the Bible, let’s now read it in the New Living Translation.

“For only the godly will live in the land, and those with integrity will remain. But the wicked will be removed from the land, and the treacherous will be uprooted.”

If that wasn’t “the rapture” you were hoping for at this time, go ahead and make the adjustment. This rapture is about THE TREACHEROUS BEING UPROOTED. For the rest of you/us the assignment is REMAIN and REMAIN WITH INTEGRITY. BE the preserving SALT of the earth. BE the darkness-expelling LIGHT of the world.

God Loves You and Laid Out a Supernatural Path: Saved, Baptized, Filled… gotta see it!

Published by:

Our message was John 3:1 – 21.
You have GOT TO READ IT. Oh, sure you know it. Well, you know the story about Nicodemus going to Jesus at night and getting told he needs to be born again. And you remember Jn3:16 That God so loves the world….that He gave his only begotten Son. Did you ever put them together, even?

This is what I noticed. Big revelation. Jesus said you can not SEE the Kingdom of Heaven unless you are born from above. Then he says you can not ENTER the Kingdom unless you are born of the Water and of the Spirit. Most people just lump these all together. Really, if pressed, they would have to say they just don’t know all that Jesus meant here. Some say that Baptism is part of being born again. Most are really strong that baptism doesn’t substitute for being born again, becoming a new creation; so, for this reason are really frightened by anything that sounds like “baptismal regeneration” like a ritual is enough without reality. However, We all agree that you SHOULD BE BAPTIZED. Most everyone thinks that “water” here means baptism and not “washing of water by the Word.” So?

Context for metoday is that Rodney Howard Brown told a story about a guy who answered the altar call/gave his life to the Lord/was saved, and was going to church, but just couldn’t understand stuff. Just struggling to be a Christian. Then he got baptized and everything became clear to him like an almost immediate revelation. Baptism made a huge huge huge difference. We all agree that we should be baptized, out of obedience. It is a symbol that we are dead with Christ. So we like to dunk people. Better symbolism. Count yourselves dead to sin, dead with Christ, and alive with him in His resurrection. Awesome.

Then, can’t enter into the Kingdom unless you are born of the Spirit? Oh gosh, I could teach a whole semester on various versions of explanations of Holy Spirit and when Holy Spirit enters into the life of the believer. Of course, you can’t be saved without the conviction and convincing of Holy Spirit. But, on the other hand, not everyone has been empowered. Not everyone moves in supernatural gifts– which are CLEARLY taught in the New Testament. (And given that something like 10 million people today do, it is pretty hard imagine that they ceased. LOL.) Oh, then, what about Jesus blowing on his disciples and saying “receive the Holy Spirit” versus the Holy Spirit apparently blowing in on the Day of Pentecost? I think I can pretty well explain “in, with, and on” another time but that is not nearly as important as the point here in John 3. You can not ENTER into the Kingdom unless you have been born ***of the Spirit.***

So we can all agree we want to be born from above, born of the water and born of the Spirit, right? Of course, we want to see and enter the Kingdom of God? Of course. Right. Sure. Yes. Amen.

We are definitely going to agree on being born again, as a heart work, of turning your heart to the Lord, of believing that Jesus rose from the dead, of accepting Him as savior. We believe in our heart and make public confession. Romans 10. Yes.

Rom 10:9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Then, we all agree that we should be baptized. Good. Rom_6:4  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Col_2:12  Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Great.
And then we all must agree that we should be being filled with the Holy Spirit. Act 2:38  Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Eph_5:18  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

So, we all agree that Christian life, walking IN the Kingdom would be one of being filled with the Holy Spirit. (And being filled will mean, we will see many places, speaking the Word boldly, being empowered to witness, and moving in supernatural manifestations otherwise called “gifts of the Spirit.”) Fine.

Now, one of the objections to the classical Pentecostal teaching of a second definite work is that charism (or gifting of the Holy Spirit) is supposed to come in baptism. So, imagine an Anglican or a Presbyterian arguing that a baby gets everything he or she needs in baby baptism. No matter how well ensconced in ancient theology that idea may be, modern personal reflection just reels. (I don’t think you can come up with a single example of anything working that way. For instance, Augustine, John Wesley, and Johnathan Edwards all had salvation experiences, even though they believed in baby baptism.) Now, however, here is a new way of putting that together. Why can’t a newly saved (justified) believer, who gets baptized, come out speaking in tongues? LOL. Why not go for the gusto and get it all at once? Why wait until you are sanctified, ossified, or backslidden? ROFL! That is not the way I was taught, but from recently pastoral experience, looks like maybe a good goal. While I surely understand why the Pentecostals formulated things they way they did — and actually think they have the best formulation overall — why wait? Why not bet saved, baptized and filled to overflowing with Holy Spirit all at once? Sound good to me.

And surely, this would spur growth. This is what we want. This is our focus.

And by the way, many congratulations to J.C. who got baptized today! HalleluJah! We rejoice with you.

So it is all about getting showered with God’s love. No need to wait for each step. Let’s just receive it all. Maybe this will end up with a better result: more and quicker understanding. Less fooling around. Less offense over obviously true basic teachings. Like little child who has a tummy ache, and mommy says, “Honey, when you steal a bunch of green apples and eat them all at once, then your tummy will ache.” And Junior gets mad at mum. And says “You bad mommy.” And slams the door to his bedroom. Or, worse, teen, stuffs herself with …. some red dye sugary concoction full of chemicals and won’t eat food.” Then Dad says, “Daughter, you are showing signs of obesity and we are worried about diabetes for you.” Then youngster says, “Oh, you just don’t love me. I am running away from home.” Then she does. Only to meet worse fate. God wants good for you… just like good parents. Pastors often want a crowd and stable budget. Nevertheless, the Lord wants the best for you. That is why there is a laid out path. Not to mention it to the kids would be neglect.

Yes, of course, the youngsters have some duty to make decisions. Maybe the more we can get them showered in God’s love, having radical experience3d, then the more they will understand… and grow up quick.
(Just like you learn better if your tummy isn’t hurting or your brain is not foggy from too much red sugary chemically concoction? And if you realize you are in the best house in the country, you won’t want to run away?) Welcome to the family of God. Welcome to the Father of all. Welcome to our little group willing to read, hear, study, grow, and serve together.

*****Many congratulations to J.C. who got baptized today! HalleluJah! We rejoice with you. ****

We talked about Holy Spirit on Pentecost, but not so much the Baptism of the Holy Spirit because we have a different crowd than expected. But, please, do ask, if you are not already moving in supernatural gifts.

Pentecost 2

Published by:

We are zooming again. Not for Covid019! But by agreement. we still believe in “assembling ourselves together” so we look forward to having face to face meetings again. THE INVITE WILL SENT OUT AND THE ONE I SENT OUT ARE THE SAME. If you did not get an invite, please introduce yourself and send an email. We will be happy to have you if you want to do what we are doing. We are a diverse group.

Today we are going to take another look at Acts 2. Last time we focused on empowerment by the Spirit. Today, we are going to focus on “in one place and in one accord” –or being together. Yet the story also includes people being from many nations, different ages, and both sex.

We have had some decades now of identify politics, and “consciousness raising” based on resentment. The result has been continued injustice, burning cities, one ethnic group shooting their own and tearing downs businesses of their own, and everyone being “played.”

Examples: People being flown in to spark looting. People stealing electronics only to have them stolen from them when they get out of the store. People stealing iphones and iMacs only to have apple catch them. People being encouraged to loot and throw bricks, only to find out that that were filmed or their licenses plates pictured, they arrested a week later, and not reported in the media. Later they discover they took the fall for the (elite) organizers. Even real community organizers calling just protests (as opposed to riots) but following Saul Alinsky’s rules, asking for things already granted, so the organizer looks good, gains more power in the community, but nothing really changed. Except then people more willingly follow the organizer.

Then, did you see on TV that one must continue to keep social distancing — unless you are protesting? What? Are they hoping to get protestors die? Doubtful given the extraordinarily low death rate. Maybe it is just the second kind of fear just extends the first — and the population is even more easily controlled.

Examples: pictures of the bad cop, that intentionally hide the multi-racial team doing the same thing. Reporting that intentionally hid fact that there was meta-amphetamine in Floyd’s body. Reporting that intentionally suppress what his family says.

Reactions to other things lumped into this. Reactions to this that are legitimate and non-racist that are causing people to lose their livelihoods. Reactions to the the police brutality against a black man that now include killing other blacks, both protestors and law enforcement.

Making people afraid to say anything, while at the same time making people afraid to say nothing. It is fear, control, enslavement, impoverishment and death.

A bunch of nonsense.

By contrast, The Lord has the same peace love and joy, based on the same principles, that have worked across the generations and across the planet. Really. Check it out with history and science — oh, actual history and actual science — you know, where you count and measure.

So, here are some ancient words toward peace
Acts 2: 1 they were in one accord and in one place… or… they were together… the point is that were more than geographically together.
John 17 Jesus prayed that we would be one
James 3: 16 strife, division ends in all evil works; jealousy and selfish ambition are tools that Satan uses to create moral degradation

Satan divides black against whites and women against men and young against old and on and on. Everybody fights from hurt and offense and resentment. And everyone gets more hurt. Jesus, by contrast, offers healing.

By contrast, the forgiveness, and the goodness of God, bring all peoples together. Living in Holy Spirit, on a higher plane, makes one thankful and generous and patient. Living acccording to the instructions of the Word of God make one good, righteous, just, merciful and giving. Lots of folks living like this would make the world a much better place. Starts with hearts.

The Pentecost Project – Be in It

Published by:

Here a good explanation of the project for us all after the empowerment of Pentecost:

“one accord” trumps “spirit of offence” ; fire of Holy Spirit versus igniting of hate and lawlessness

(btw) we did have a multi-ethnic meeting Sunday. And more to come.

Also:

Lance had a webinar Sunday, well advertised and with other speakers. Facebook blocked my share for one and then another reason. Apparently it was against their “community standards) (a term invented to show the limit against porn) because the title mentioned Christianity and the picture was of the flag.

Folks, we can’t depend upon Facebook and the like. We need to use this website. Even this website is withstanding attacks. Anyway, come here for announcements, and recos.

Pentecost is On — Meetings back to Zoom for the time being

Published by:

We had a pretty good Pentecost Potluck party. The Awakening is On. It starts by repentance/healing — letting God clean us out so Holy Spirit can flow through us. It means be being filled. It means moving in the gifts – even in creative miracles. It means speaking the Word in boldness.
I really thank the 3 people who really went out of their way to come. Those who did not, really missed it.
Given lots of ins and outs that I won’t go into, I’ve decided to go back to Zoom for the time being.
See you Sunday, I hope!

If you are looking for mid-week meetings, this week you can tune into www.Revival.com — as well as the usual recommendation of T & Th https://perrystone.org/
and Friday evening https://www.chavdaministries.org/Groups/1000047680/Chavda_Ministries_International/Media/Media.aspx

This guy is in LA and you can get his service in the afternoon, and also Friday prayer https://www.youtube.com/user/ShekinahWorshipTV

Most pastors NEVER recommend you watch someone else – for more reasons that one. I’ll just say: if you have any questions, let me know. Just be sure you are fed. There is LOTS available, so beside YOUR OWN prayer, singing, and Bible reading — there is no reason not to be fully fed and grow as fast as you can, especially if you have to be inside. There is benefit to sticking to one channel, rather than getting confused: one preacher teaches faith and another not so much, and a third not at all. Even in the short history of this church, we have had this problem. So you are best advised to tune into recommended sources.

But it it time to be out. Listen to God and serve people.

Walk To Emmaus

Published by:

Sorry, forgot to record the service, but here is a short recap.
Psalm 78 notice: the theme of rehearsing the miracles in times past.
Luke 24 Jesus revealed on the walk to Emmaus: notice the same theme
Jesus comes to the two who are talking about what he had done and said, so much that they thought everyone was thinking about it
Notice how they characterize Jesus: the devoted one, the prophet, mighty in DEED and word
Notice they were sad, they speak of the hope, now forlorn
Notice they were bewildered at the women’s story
Jesus rehearses all the Scripture, how the Messiah was to suffer and rise again
Jesus did the usual blessing before the meal, hosting presumably because he was the teacher
in this, He revealed Himself
Then, the two were so excited, they went all the way back, in order to tell the eleven
Jesus came again, when they were rehearsing what He had said and did
He tells them they are to be witnesses, but wait for the power to come on Pentecost
In the same way, we have the key to rehearse what God has said and done, and inquire as we walk and talk, and now, look for Jesus
And expect power to be a witness, coming on Pentecost
Since we have seen such apocalyptic happenings this Spring, such a great rescue this Passover, not surprising we expect a Pentecost to mirror the first one.
expecting to meet face to face soon, expecting to focus on evangelism soon

Chariot Wheels Falling Off

Published by:

We had difficulties with Zooming today.
So, I recorded the meeting, pretty much like it would have been had we met via Zoom.
This won’t stay up … gone now.

BTW, very happy that my theme has been verified prophetically. Other, bigger “men of God” have been referring to the chariot wheels coming off. Praise God .. So good to not only protect us but to speak to us… and consistently so. And so very important in this hour. Thank you, Lord!

We will have words and pix with the music from now on when using Zoom. Sorry for that lack before. BTW, discovered that our problems Sunday were because of a glitch that Zoom had. Oh my! on Sunday? Guess we had better pray for tech and for tech protection.

Hoping to be back live on Pentecost Sunday. That is May 31. Hope it will be a potluck party. Stay tuned for an announcement.
Then after that, hoping for personal evangelism.

Holy Week letter to Jesus Name Austin

Published by:

It has been some time since I’ve had the warm fuzzies of having us all together. We are having connectivity challenges. So, I am taking this avenue, email, which uses less bandwidth. Please respond with increased spiritual bandwidth. Seek God; hear God; and share with us by reply all something God has blessed you with.

Tonight will start the Feast of the Lord called Passover. Once long ago, the Lord rescued the Israelites out of bondage. Most of us don’t put proper attention on how sin binds us. Most of us don’t even see how much in bondage we are in our society, with poor education, deceptive and detrimental medicine, fake & bleeding-is-leading news, a financial system of thievery, and corrupt government. Indeed, we have a substitute value system regnant, that loves sin and hates godliness. But God is working a great rescue operation.

Passover is called Passover because the death angel passed over the houses of the Israelites – who *were told to stay in their homes,* and to *mark those homes with the blood of the lamb*, and *were told to eat the lamb together as a family.* And then to be prepared to move out. How prophetic of our day. Believe God will keep you. Feel protected as you celebrate communion with me, with the Chavdas, with the Enlows or wherever. (See links on www.JesusNameAustin.org for distance communion.)

On the day that Jesus rode into Jerusalem on the donkey, the liturgy and the words on people’s lips on the street was “Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord. Save now.” That was the day that the Jewish families were supposed to be looking for a spotless lamb and taking it into their houses. On the day that Jesus took break and the cup in His celebration of the Passover, he was celebrating on the right day, but one day before the Sandhedrin – because over the years they had lost count. On the day that He was crucified, it was the day that families were slaying their lambs. Blood was running.

Then…it looked like the hopes of a the Kingdom were lost. One wondered if the guards or the Romans would come for more of us. The disciples and the women were huddled together. While they didn’t quite get it right in casting lots for the new 12th, it was an act of faith. There would be a tomorrow. Jesus’ mission would go on… somehow. Maybe?

But then, the women, the ones who had gone early to the tomb, came back with strange and awesome news.

We remember this. Let’s remember together.

HOSANNA, BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD.

Time to Listen!

Published by:

Today we had a word out of Haggai Time for the church to repent. We followed the request of the President, passed on by Franklin Graham and others, a couple of weeks ago to repent on behalf of the nation — a nation that has passed as law of the land things that are hateful to God, that have always proven to be detrimental to society over the centuries, and have never been tradition in the US. Now, however, we are called to pray for repentance for the church. May the Lord grant repentance to the church. And our loved ones. Time to listen!

It is time for a fear of God. We pray that God grant it to us, to the church, and our nation.

For us, also, time to get stirred up, to open our eyes to the way God sees it. Time to build the Kingdom. And the House. God’s way.

For this, God promises blessings.

Also we got a good example of someone who heard from God to get supplies for his family. That is the way we ought be to: practiced in hearing from God. Let’s work on it. Failing that, good if we have had a history of listening to God and good teaching and being prepared. Failing that, listen now. Sort which teachers are good. And LISTEN!

This is the sequence: presence, power, glory, and shalom.
